From viewing on a car on Saturday 21/09, having a test drive, finance was all explained in a human sense and non of this jargon or robotic. Went on Saturday 14 September to view a car I’d seen online. Placed a deposit on a different car. Lots of choice and very low mileage on the cars with one owner only. Bought a fantastic 5 Series BMW car with Alex Scott, low mileage, one owner car. As this was the 4th car I was buying from this garage, I had no worries as they are an established and reputable place , and never had any issues in the past. 👌 Went on the Saturday morning, took car for test drive, Mazz was very helpful in sorting out all paperwork etc , other customers were there and all their new stock sold in the same day - it shows how reputable the dealership is. I picked up the car after it was fully prepared to a very high standard 3 weeks later. On purchase, there was an issue with the tyre sensors, I spoke to Peter and he quickly got me a diagnostics arranged with BMW, and subsequently Alex Scott arranged to replace the sensors after. I would highly recommend Alex Scott as they go well above the highest standards for their customers, and sell good quality cars, and their after service is second to none. They also have a car workshop for service etc. Thanks again Mazz, Peter, Steve and Jonathan (Director). Will see you for the next car..🙏🙏🙏
