Having used this dealership for as many years as I can remember, I have never had a bad experience with them. It shows a great commitment that all the sales and garage staff have been with them also for years. I have at times looked at other dealerships but in the main have gone back to Alex Scott and found the service to be exceptional. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they will always go the extra mile over and above what they really need to do. I cannot remember how many cars I have purchased from this dealer but it is a lot and will continue for years to come.

As always, exceptional service and attention to detail. Johnathan and his team work and go the extra mile. There is no reason to go anywhere else to buy a pre used car. I have lost count of the number of cars I have purchased from this dealer and see no reason to go anywhere else. Again, thank you for a job well done.

I had been looking for a particular model with low mileage,high spec and competitive price for my daughter. This dealer surpassed all others that were local to me. They were helpful, courteous and truthful about the car. As I was buying it unseen with a 250 round trip journey to collect it, I was relying on their honest description. I needn't have worried. The car is as described and I am very happy with the car and the whole process. It was a quick and easy process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a low mileage car at a fair price.

Really happy with the car and customer service. Friendly, honest and professional. Prior to going to Alex Scott I went to a different showroom and it felt like the staff member had just fell out of a cringeworthy sales training seminar and was trying to manipulate me. I found Alex Scott Cars at Guide Post on Auto Trader who were advertising the Hyundai xi 35 which had an almost identical spec. to one I was considering buying from elsewhere but was between £1000 & £1500 cheaper. I visited the dealership at Guide Post and discussed this car along with my grandson [ who has considerably more knowledge of cars than myself] with Gary who we found a pleasant personable and knowledgeable salesman.
