I went to buy a replacement for my 06 ford focus, I wasn't looking fir a focus but the car Alex Scott had in was tempting. The advice I was given was genuine and I felt under no pressure to buy. I was encouraged to take the car for a test drive without any salesman, and on my return asked if I wanted to drive any other car, nothing was any trouble to the staff. I returned the following day for another drive, they had put more diesel in the car and told me too take it as far as I wanted. The deal was done and given all the usuals and even road tax paid for the year. Would definitely recommend thus garage to anyone wanting to buy a car without any pressure put on you.

Parents purchased a Blue Qashqai from here, had a full clean mot, yet both front wiper blades were split. Somehow i don't believe an mot has been correctly carried out. I have since purchased replacement wiper blades for them as this is not a cost that they should have been responsible for after spending £12k on a car. Also i noticed it has been valeted, yet there is still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke within the vehicle. Neither of them smoke.May be of use if a walk around of vehicle was completed by sales team before hand over.Car apart from these issues is as described.

First time buying through Alex Scott and couldn't fault it from start to finish. Initially spoke with Maz on the phone and then visited garage to view car, very relaxed with no pressure. Mentioned a few points with the car, which Maz assured he would get sorted before I bought car. Maz rang once car was ready and everything sorted, car was perfect. Very friendly and professional with good communication through the whole experience.

Have known Alex Scott Cars for a long time, often looked at their stock and know they are a reputable garage so with that in mind I set off to purchase a mid range car £15k to £18k was my budget, I had my trusty old VW car to trade in. That it appears was my downfall, they didn’t want to know about my VW weren’t interested at all, sell it private and then come back was the advice I was given. Well if I was going to have to sell it private I might as well buy private, so why do we need used car garages?. To conclude the tale I went else where, was offered a good price for my trusty VW, bought a nearly new used, low mileage car the same day.

The only reason that we would advise you to sell your car privately would be because that we wouldn't of been able to offer you what you wanted for your car. This would of been down to age & mileage. I bought a VW from this company a month ago. I'm very, very happy with it. The car is fab, the care I received was fab, and the main salesperson I dealt with (Maz) was fantastic. This company really does deserve its 5 star rating - a rating that attracted me to them in the first instance. Great company, great people.
