A nice relaxed way to buy a car with no sales pressure. An extended test drive. My old car was taken in as trade in. All faults with the car corrected for handover day. V5 and tax all done online on handover Absolutely everything taken care of by Maz at the dealership who is simply brilliant.

My wife travelled the length of the country to look at this car, and we are so pleased she did. She received a very friendly welcome and professional service. What impressed me most was that I received lots of WhatsApp messages from the garage answering all my questions before, during and after this visit. From firstly identifying a suitable car via Auto which was sited at Alex Scott cars . I contacted the salesman Maz . He informed me all about said car. I arranged a visit which for me involved a journey of around 150 miles, but I had great confidence in Maz and this definitely proved the case. From the minute I arrived at the garage I was welcomed by Maz, viewed the car, took a test drive and that was it. The presentation of the car was outstanding, the normally boring bit of paperwork and payment was all taken care of by Maz, I felt in very safe hands( being a woman buying a car for the first time on my own. )!After an hour and a half I was on the road home a proud owner of a new car bought from Alex Scott cars. I can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience Maz made buying my car. Safe to say I arrived as a stranger and left having made a brand new friend. I can definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking to have a memorable experience buying a car from a garage you can trust.
