Fantastic experience - really happy with the car, the price and the service. Particularly good value on the delivery charge which was lower than almost all others we looked at. Everything was taken care of, no sleaze or pushy selling.

Absolutely superb experience when buying my Mokka from Alex Scott. Huge thank you to Peter who sold me the car without any pressure, Steve, the technician, who went above and beyond to help me out and even the chap who drove my wife and I to Morpeth whilst our car was in the garage. Best experience buying a car I have had in 50 years. Many many thanks.

Agreed sale of the car and a week later was delivered. Was a day delayed due to a part needed for the MOT. For a £4500 car has its problems, First a warning saying oil preasure low stop driveing. But i put this down to it being cold. Second is a tail light is off. I can't understand that one has just had a MOT. Suppose a light will go any time. It's a 12 year old banger so what else do you want.Overall service was fine. Nothing exceptional but a ok garage.

Fantastic customer service from Mas. I was interested in a vehicle which unfortunately had been sold. Mas asked me what I wanted and went out and found EXACTLY what I was looking for down to mileage, service history and spec AND at a good price. Outstanding!

My personal experience dealing with Alex Scott cars was very good. Given that I was buying a car "remotely", I put my trust in Jonathan and Peter, who I dealt with. Both were "down to earth", helpful, and understanding of my position, and for me, that was the benefit of dealing with a family run business, rather than a National chain. Everything went very well, I felt I that knew what I was buying, and the delivery driver, Chris, was a gentleman. The car came to me in very good order, and I am very pleased with it.

Bought a really excellent Vauxhall Insignia from Alex Scott on 18/2. Very happy with the car. Great no pressure sale from Peter who was very helpful throughout the process. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic garage, bought multiple times from them and won’t buy second hand anywhere else. All the cars are immaculate and the customer service won’t be beaten. I’ve recently purchased a new shape Peugeot 3008, seen it online Sunday, viewed it Monday and collected Wednesday, fully services and MOT’d. Parcel shelf was missing and they ordered a new one instantly without issue, took 3 days to arrive. I honestly can’t recommend this garage enough. If you want easy, hassle free car buying then look no further.... even going to make me a new set of private number plates for free once my documents arrive in the post.

Just bought my 2nd car from them. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them. Cars are first class what you get is what you pay for. Even put diesel in the tank to cover my mileage to pick it up.

Disappointed with this Garage, A deal was made on a part ex that had been used as a Private Hire vehicle, 2 different salsemen were made completely aware of this and the next day they phoned to say that they could only give a thousand pound less than what was agreed and a contract signed for. I would not use any business that went back on an agreed signed contract. The salesmen were however friendly and not pushy , but contracts must be honoured.
